Jack Dorsey wants 6,000 direct reports - and he's serious about it

Block CEO Jack Dorsey says he wants to cut management layers from five down to two or three, which would leave him with roughly 6,000 direct reports. It's a radical bet on flat structure - and it's already in motion.
