99% of CEOs think AI will change their workforce strategy (the other 1% is probably a AI)

A new EY-Parthenon survey of 1,200 global CEOs found that 80% are accelerating AI investment and nearly all expect it to reshape their workforce - with almost half planning upskilling initiatives for their employees.
